It's amazing, my wife has to sleep in silence, but I have to have an audiobook 😅 I've tried loads of things over the years and had settled on just putting my phone on lowest volume under my pillow, but it kept getting too hot and I got scared 😅
Dreampod is so quiet and small that I don't feel it under the pillow at all either! So thanks again, really has been amazing 😁
The sound quality is better than expected. Essentially it's a speaker trapped inside a casing. So the sound is sort of reverberating inside it. Doesn't sound great if you just hold it in your hand, but put it between your mattress and pillow and it conducts the sound extremely well. Bit of adjusting each night to find the sweet spot, so 1 star off for that.
That's it! Everyone will have their own sweet spot based on their pillow, where they place their head on the pillow, where the dreampod is in relation to their ear - and also the users hearing ability makes a difference too. Eg if you're hard of hearing dreampod likely isn't for you (although it does seem to work for some with mild hearing loss). x
I sweat quite a lot at night and also have a beard. I can confirm that if this is put on a clean, dry bearded face it is solid on all night. I've tried loads of other ones where the glue seems to be too light.
Awesome - thanks for your review! Yes as long as your beard and lips remains clean and dry, the tape should stick fine! Team SleepyDeepy x
Love listening to white noise or meditations while I fall asleep. Defo better than earphones.
What a blissful way to fall asleep! Sleepy just thinking about it! Nice work :) x
LOVE this tape. Because I don't get a dry mouth anymore, it means I don't wake needing a drink. Which means I don't wake needing a pee! So there's just 2 reasons why I am now sleeping deeper. I didn't snore before that I am aware of so can't comment on if it stops that.
Hey! Getting a great sleep is all about how deep you can go, and how long you can stay there. If the body is building up to needing a drink because of dry mouth, it is slowly waking you up. Same if it is slowly waking you to go for a pee too - so what you say makes complete sense. And as for snoring, yet another 'wake event' that DreamTape can reduce (often stop completely, instantly). THank you! SleepyDeepy x
